Our Purpose
Reflective Awareness is based on the belief that meaningful leadership development begins with deep reflection and leads to measurable impact. With over 20 years of work experience in the field, a Master of Human Resource Management, a Master of Education, and an emerging PhD in Leadership Development for Sustainability, this platform explores how leadership mindsets can be shifted and systems transformed through high-quality, customised development programs.
Why Reflective Awareness?
At the core of genuine learning is reflection. Only by becoming aware of our individual, organisational, and societal assumptions, values, and blind spots can we lead differently and more sustainably.
My PhD Research
I am currently pursuing a PhD at Monash Sustainability Development Institute at Monash University, exploring how customised corporate leadership development can act as a transformative force, shaping mindsets, shifting systems, and delivering impact aligned with sustainability principles.
My work challenges superficial program design and advocates for evidence-based leadership development grounded in an interdisciplinary, multi-level and contextualised approach.

My work experiences
The development of my PhD work stands on the shoulders of 20 years of work experience in executive and corporate education. Through my work with various organisations, I have learned the value of shifting from a broad systemic view, looking from the balcony, to actively delivering high-quality learning experiences with real impact on the dancefloor. The combination of these two worlds – the academic and the practical – allows me to reflect and remain aware of the different perspectives they offer.
